HIDDEN TREASURES
An Encinitas Story Art Community Project
Bill and Sarah cofounded Los Angelicas as a way to further serve all members of the Encinitas community, especially our youth. Sarah focuses her efforts on grant writing and working as a liaison with local public schools and community outreach. Sarah is also a potter and enjoys reading, cooking, being outdoors, travel and any time spent with Bill and their two children David and Ella. Being bilingual is a part of Bill’s job as a First Vice Present of Merrill Lynn/Bank of America. Bill’s clients are all residents of Mexico who have invested in the United States with Bill’s help for the last thirty years.

Los Angelitos is working in partnership with the Magdelena Ecke Family UMCA, Encinitas Soccer League and our local public schools. We believe that when basic needs and opportunities are provided, our children will take a positive role in their families, neighborhoods and communities. As our program grows we plan to partner with more local organizations to advance our goals.

Danny Salgado
Emerging Artist
Danny enjoys painting with acrylics, doing pen and pencil geometric drawings and doodling. I graduated from San Dieguito Academy High School last year. I am now attending the University of California, Riverside studying mathematics. I remember drawing from a very young age and I have not stopped since. In 8th grade I sold my first painting and join an art guild, where I won second place in an art contest. During high school I continued doodling, but my painting took a pause as I focused on my studies.
